Mother’s Day Front Porch Photos
Every once and a while I offer up a portrait special, usually in the form of mini sessions at a park but these are different times we’re living in and I think it’s important to take a minute to celebrate families and have some memories from a truly unique time in our lives. I also wanted to try to do something to help out the local businesses that have been hit hard by everything that is going on.
So with that came the idea of Mother’s Day Front Porch Photo Sessions in a pay what you can format to ensure everyone gets the opportunity if they want it.

What is it?
Front Porch Sessions are the answer to social distancing portraits to help your family celebrate Mom and also remember the interesting times we’re currently living in.
How does it work?
You’ll pick a session time from the calendar below and provide your address, I’ll show up and we’ll take a few photos of you and your family on your porch or in your yard.
Once the session is over I’ll have all your photos available for you to view in an online gallery.
What’s the cost?
These sessions are being offered in a pay what you can format – the minimum price is $10 and anything above that will be added to a fund that will be given to a local business.
How do I help out a business?
When you go to book your session use the add a tip function (you must use the Pay with Credit/Debit card option and NOT PayPal)
Be sure to add the name of the business you’d like to support on the booking form and then on Monday May 11 one of the businesses will be randomly chosen. 🙂
What if the weather sucks?
I’ll do my best to reschedule if the weather is uncooperative and will let you know as soon as possible if that is the case.
What if I don’t have a porch?
No worries, there are a lot of other options for photos. Or if you don’t think your house is very photo worthy then we can use the yard and find a better backdrop for your photos.

Details:
Session will be approximately 10 minutes and as these will be scheduled very closely together please make sure that you’re ready to go at your scheduled time.
You’ll get yourselves assembled outside and I’ll take some photos and be on my way.
Within a week you will get an email with a link to an online gallery where you can view your photos and download one free digital file and a print release. You can also order additional digital files or prints from the online gallery as well as get a copy of watermarked images for social media sharing.
If you live more than 15 minutes from downtown Eau Claire please note that your scheduled time may need to be adjusted to allow for travel time.
